Delivery conditions

Delivery time:

All goods marked as "in stock" are actually in stock.

Standardly, we ship within 1 maximum 2 business days of receiving your payment.

If some goods are to order, we will send the entire order according to the written deadline for this goods. If you want to send the goods in stock earlier, create a separate order for it with additional postage.

We do not send packages during our holidays. Delivery time may be extended after the holiday, thank you for your understanding.

If the delivery time of your order is extended or we do not have some goods in stock, we will inform you immediately after this finding.

Second order for one postage - additional order:

If you have already paid one order that has not been sent and you want to order additional goods, you can choose to pick up goods in person as the transport for the second order (postage will be free).

Please write to us an e-mail that you want to combine order no. xxxxx and no. xxxxx. We don't have to notice this in the note, as we pack orders according to the time we received money.

Česká pošta - Balík Do balíkovny = 70 Kč (max. 5 kg)

GLS - ParcelShop = 80 Kč (max. 10 kg)

Zásilkovna/Packeta = 90 Kč (max. 5 kg)

Česká pošta - Balík Na poštu = 94 Kč (max. 13 kg)

Delivery to your address:

GLS = 94 Kč (from 1500 CZK = 44 CZK; from 3000 CZK = FREE)

Česká pošta - Balík Do ruky = 108 Kč (max. 13 kg)

Picking up goods at our dispensing point in Ostrava = free 

You can pick up the goods at our store in the Czech Republick, Ostrava-Poruba on nám. Antonie Bejdové 1809/2.

You can pick up the goods at other times - only by prior arrangement.

If you wish to pay while picking up, write to us in a note at the end of the order. Prepare your money exactly in CZK - we don't have cash here. You can also pay by card.

Price of postage and packing to Slovakia:

Delivery to the carrier's dispensing point:

Zásilkovna/Packeta = 105 Kč (do 5 kg)

Delivery to your address:

GLS = 139 Kč (0-2 kg), 170 Kč (2-10 kg), 235 Kč (10-20 kg)

We send the goods every working day.

The prices include VAT.
