How to iron:

Use the glossy side on a dry, clean and non-starched cloth, cover it with a cloth or baking paper and iron it for about 25 seconds with an iron with the thermostat set to cotton. Turn and iron from the other side. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Patches can be washed, if they are partially peeled off, you can re-iron the patch. Sew a few stitches to increase cohesion.
